Everything you need to know.

A complete guide: from sign-up through implementation, what to share, how we work under the hood, how we communicate, and how to reach support.

Getting started

Filro delivers digital implementation for growing US businesses. After payment and brief submission, our team kicks off your project asynchronously with weekly milestones — no technical background required.

Prerequisites

  • A valid email (used for sign-in and notifications).
  • Basic business assets: logo (if any), photos, descriptions, contact info.
  • A stakeholder available to answer questions during the implementation window.

Step by step

  1. Choose a plan on the pricing page (Launch, Growth, Revenue System, or Scale).
  2. Create your account with email/password or Google sign-in.
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe (US and international cards accepted).
  4. Fill out the implementation brief — brand, contact, catalog, and reference materials.
  5. Your project moves into production on the schedule confirmed for your plan.
Async delivery. Timelines start from a complete brief; incomplete materials pause the schedule.

Implementation flow

Here's what happens between your payment and go-live:

  • Payment confirmation: Stripe webhook validates the transaction and unlocks the brief.
  • Brief collection: ~15–30 minutes to complete. Everything is editable later.
  • Internal kickoff: we review materials, flag gaps, and confirm scope.
  • Production: our team implements against the plan with weekly milestones.
  • QA: each screen reviewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Image optimization and SEO baseline applied.
  • Publishing: temporary domain your-business.filro.site immediately; custom domain runs in parallel (24–72h depending on registrar).

What to share (and how)

The more detail you provide, the faster we deliver. Full checklist by brief section:

Brand identity

  • Business name and industry (food, beauty, retail, services, etc.).
  • Short description (1 line) and long description (2–3 paragraphs).
  • Tagline (optional but recommended).
  • Brand colors (HEX preferred, or a reference).
  • Logo: transparent PNG or SVG (ideal); JPG works on a neutral background.

Contact and social

  • Primary phone number (used as the main CTA).
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn (full URLs).
  • Physical address (if you serve customers on site) — we show it on Google Maps.
  • Business hours by day of week.

Catalog

  • List of products or services with name, price, description.
  • Images: jpg/png/webp, ~1MB each, ideally square (1080×1080).
  • Categories (menu sections, portfolio areas, collections).

Promotions and references

  • Coupons, bundles, time-limited discounts.
  • Reference material: a link to a site you like, a brief document, or a free-form description of the feel you want.
No logo or professional photos yet? No problem. We work with typography, illustrations, and phone or licensed stock photography.

Domain & hosting

Your page lives at your-business.filro.site immediately after publishing. To use a custom domain:

  1. Buy the domain from a registrar (e.g. Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy).
  2. Point the CNAME record to cdn.filro.site (apex/root: use ALIAS or ANAME).
  3. Let the team know; SSL/HTTPS is provisioned automatically within ~1h of DNS propagation.

Costs

Domains are paid directly to the registrar (typically $10–20/yr for a .com). Filro doesn't charge to connect a custom domain.

Professional email

We support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (you subscribe; we configure MX and SPF records at no charge).

Frequently asked questions

How long until we go live?
Timeline depends on plan and brief completeness. Launch typically ships in 2 weeks; Growth in 3–4; Revenue System in 4–6.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You submit the brief; our team builds. Your dashboard is designed for non-technical use.
What if I don't like the result?
Every plan includes revision rounds inside the scope. We iterate until it fits the brief.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Implementation is non-refundable after production starts; monthly plans stop billing at the end of the current period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays online through the paid period. Afterwards, we export your data (JSON/CSV) and you keep your custom domain to point wherever you want.
Do you build digital menus?
Yes — Growth plan and above, with QR codes for tables.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes, Stripe processes in 135+ currencies.
Do you design logos?
We don't do brand identity from scratch, but we refine what you have and can recommend partners for full identity work.
Do you host email?
Not directly. We configure DNS for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at no charge.
Is there a mobile app?
Every page is fully responsive and installable as a PWA (add to home screen). Native iOS/Android is a separate engagement.
