This Privacy Policy explains how Filro ("Filro", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a plan, or otherwise use our services.

• Information you provide. Name, email, business details, project brief content, uploaded files, support messages, and billing details you submit at checkout.
• Account information. Authentication data (email, password hash, or OAuth identifiers) needed to sign you in.

• Payment information. Handled by our payment processor(s). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Our sites do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We honor cookie choices you make through our consent banner and through your browser controls.
