Examples assume the full implementation amount is eligible Net Collected Implementation Revenue. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, applicable excluded taxes and explicit pass-through costs reduce the commissionable amount. Stripe processing fees are not automatically deducted from the commission base. Commissions are held before becoming payable.
A tracked financial relationship, not a coupon code.
90-day attribution
The first valid registered partner retains attribution during the active attribution window, unless Filro already had the opportunity.
14-day hold
Commission starts pending and becomes payable only after the hold and retained payment checks.
Stripe Connect
Eligible partners complete Stripe-hosted onboarding. Filro never asks the partner to send raw bank/KYC data to the website.
International fallback
If Stripe cannot support the payout route, the commission stays tracked and an external payout must be recorded before it is marked paid.
